Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Pat them dry thoroughly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast the Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, shaking the pan halfway through.
  6. While the sprouts are roasting, whisk together honey and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. Once roasted, remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the top.
  8. Return the tossed Brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. After final roasting, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped fresh parsley over the Brussels sprouts.
  10. Serve hot.
