- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Pat them dry thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, shaking the pan halfway through.
- While the sprouts are roasting, whisk together honey and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Once roasted, remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the top.
- Return the tossed Brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- After final roasting, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped fresh parsley over the Brussels sprouts.
- Serve hot.
