- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the radishes under cold water, dry them, trim tops and roots, and slice in half. Quarter larger radishes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine radishes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange radishes cut-side down in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes, then toss the radishes gently.
- Continue roasting for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven, cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
