In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, five-spice powder, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red food coloring until well combined.
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through and basting with the reserved marinade.
Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 145°F for safe consumption. If needed, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
