Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Open the crescent roll dough and gently separate it into eight triangles. Lay them out on a clean surface.
  2. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of apple pie filling into the center of each dough triangle.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling and firmly pinch the edges to seal each bomb securely.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and stir until well blended.
  6. Melt some unsalted butter and use a brush to apply a layer over each dough ball.
  7. Carefully roll each butter-brushed dough ball into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Place the coated dough balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook the pie bombs in the air fryer for 7-9 minutes, checking at the 7-minute mark.
  10. Once cooked, remove the Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs from the basket and let them cool.
