Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced avocado or tomato for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
  3. Crack an egg onto each slice of bread, being careful not to break the yolk.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Carefully remove the toast from the air fryer. Add optional toppings like sliced avocado or tomato if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick breakfast!
