  1. Preheat the air fryer to 340°F (170°C) and prepare a 6-inch round baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until fully combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture until a soft dough forms.
