For the Trifle Layers
  • 1 prepared cake Angel Food Cake cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Strawberries chopped for sweetness
  • 2 cups Raspberries provides a tart contrast
  • 2 cups Blackberries offers additional fresh flavor

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and thickened.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla yogurt, and sour cream, blending until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture along with 1 cup of whipped topping.
  4. In a trifle bowl, layer one-third of angel food cake cubes, one-third of creamy filling, half of the remaining whipped topping, and a third of the berries.
  5. Repeat the layering with the remaining cake, filling, whipped topping, and berries.
  6. Finish with the last layer of cake, remaining creamy filling, and decorative berries on top.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors meld.
