Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 bottle 750 ml prosecco, chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider, bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Add the thinly sliced apple and orange to the mixture, along with the cinnamon stick.
  3. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled prosecco to maintain its fizz.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with additional fruit slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
