  • 1 clove Garlic Minced; reduce for milder flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, add the ripe avocado, fresh cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic clove, and a pinch of sea salt. Secure the lid.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. With the blender running, gradually add water until you achieve the desired consistency. Blend for an additional 15 seconds after each addition.
  4. Taste your dressing and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice or sea salt if necessary. Blend for a few more seconds to mix adjustments.
  5. Transfer the dressing into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
  6. Drizzle over salads, tacos, or grilled veggies and enjoy!
