Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties that fit inside the mushroom caps.
  4. Arrange cleaned mushroom caps on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and press a beef patty into each cap.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the beef is cooked and mushrooms are tender.
  6. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and return to oven for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with crispy bacon bits, halved grape tomatoes, and pickle slices before serving.
