- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the fresh peaches thoroughly, halve them and remove the pits.
- In a mixing bowl, crush Amaretti biscuits and combine with honey, raspberries, and the egg yolk.
- Stuff each peach half with the Amaretti mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then chill in the fridge.
