Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Slice pears in half lengthwise and remove the cores, keeping the skins on.
  5. Fill each pear half with the cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cranberries evenly over the filled pears.
  7. Optional: sprinkle chopped nuts over the pears and drizzle with honey.
  8. Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until tops are browned.
