  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust according to your heat tolerance.
Chicken
  • 2 pounds Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil Olive oil can be substituted.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Enhances color and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Adjust to suit your taste.

Base

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of mayonnaise, ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of Sriracha. Whisk until smooth and fully blended, then set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Toss thoroughly, then add 2 pounds of chicken pieces and coat well with the seasoning.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place seasoned chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 11 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Transfer the cooked chicken to a large bowl and pour in ½ cup of the prepared Bang Bang sauce. Toss gently until coated.
  5. Layer 1 cup of cooked rice at the bottom of each serving bowl, then distribute the tossed chicken over the rice. Top with ½ cup each of sliced red cabbage, julienned carrots, and cucumber slices, then arrange avocado slices on top.
  6. Drizzle with remaining Bang Bang sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
