Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup of mayonnaise, ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of Sriracha. Whisk until smooth and fully blended, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Toss thoroughly, then add 2 pounds of chicken pieces and coat well with the seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place seasoned chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 11 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a large bowl and pour in ½ cup of the prepared Bang Bang sauce. Toss gently until coated.
- Layer 1 cup of cooked rice at the bottom of each serving bowl, then distribute the tossed chicken over the rice. Top with ½ cup each of sliced red cabbage, julienned carrots, and cucumber slices, then arrange avocado slices on top.
- Drizzle with remaining Bang Bang sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
