Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, buffalo sauce, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth, cover, and refrigerate.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange them skin-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly coat tops with oil.
  4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Rub this seasoning over the salmon fillets.
  5. Brush half of the Bang Bang sauce over the seasoned salmon fillets and prepare to bake.
  6. Bake salmon for 6–8 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. After baking, brush a second coat of Bang Bang sauce on top and broil for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving over rice, salad, or in tacos.
