- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayo, buffalo sauce, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth, cover, and refrigerate.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange them skin-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly coat tops with oil.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Rub this seasoning over the salmon fillets.
- Brush half of the Bang Bang sauce over the seasoned salmon fillets and prepare to bake.
- Bake salmon for 6–8 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- After baking, brush a second coat of Bang Bang sauce on top and broil for an additional 2 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving over rice, salad, or in tacos.
