Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend the ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each portion into a burger patty, making slight indentations in the center.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet over medium heat with oil.
  4. Place the formed patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. If you’d like cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. While the cheese melts, toast the burger buns until warm and slightly crispy.
  7. Layer each turkey patty on the toasted buns, and top with lettuce and slices of fresh tomato. Customize with condiments as desired.
  8. Serve immediately and pair with sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for enhanced flavors. Avoid overmixing to keep patties tender. Let patties rest before cooking for juiciness. Adjust seasonings to taste.
