Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each portion into a burger patty, making slight indentations in the center.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet over medium heat with oil.
- Place the formed patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- If you’d like cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- While the cheese melts, toast the burger buns until warm and slightly crispy.
- Layer each turkey patty on the toasted buns, and top with lettuce and slices of fresh tomato. Customize with condiments as desired.
- Serve immediately and pair with sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad.

Notes
Use fresh ingredients for enhanced flavors. Avoid overmixing to keep patties tender. Let patties rest before cooking for juiciness. Adjust seasonings to taste.
