Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties, about ¾ inch thick, and set aside.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple and chopped bell pepper. Mix well to make the salsa.
