Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough begins to form.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a ball, then press it down into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Scatter the blueberries evenly across the ricotta base, then crumble goat cheese over the top.
  7. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then sprinkle fresh basil leaves and drizzle with honey.
