Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the Greek yogurt and stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a ball, then press it down into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Scatter the blueberries evenly across the ricotta base, then crumble goat cheese over the top.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then sprinkle fresh basil leaves and drizzle with honey.
