  • 2 tablespoons Oil Neutral oil or olive oil.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Boil the broccoli: Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Boil the water, then blanch the broccoli for 3-5 minutes until bright green. Drain well.
  2. Cook the bacon: In a frying pan, cook bacon over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Transfer to paper towels, leaving drippings in the pan.
  3. Sauté the garlic: Lower heat and add minced garlic to the pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  4. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl. Pour into the pan with garlic and stir for 10 seconds until bubbly.
  5. Combine everything: Add boiled broccoli and bacon to the pan, toss gently for 1-2 minutes until coated in sauce.
  6. Serve immediately: Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy as a delicious side dish.
