Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean and slice Brussels sprouts. Wash under cold water and remove any brown or wilted leaves. Slice thinly.
  2. Prepare the kale. Remove tough stems and slice leaves into thin ribbons. Combine with the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Massage the greens. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and massage for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the crunchy ingredients. Toss in apples, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, crumbled bacon, and cheddar. Mix well.
