Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fully combined.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together 2½ cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1½ teaspoons of salt.
  3. Gently pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring slowly until just combined.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat or set an electric griddle to 375°F.
  5. Pour about ¾ cup of batter onto the skillet for the bunny body and 2 tablespoons for the bunny feet.
  6. Once pancakes are cooked through, assemble by placing the large pancake in the center, adding the smaller pancakes below as feet, and decorating with strawberries, raisins, and whipped cream.
