- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually pour in warm water and melted butter while mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough gently and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each piece into a ball, flatten slightly, and place mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold and pinch to seal.
- Cover with a kitchen cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes in a warm location.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, and optional garlic powder. Stir and remove from heat once melted.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
