- Top half of crostini with a Campari tomato slice and a mozzarella ghost, drizzle with balsamic glaze for faces.
- For the remaining crostini, layer with tomato slices and chopped mozzarella, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Arrange assembled crostini on a platter and serve immediately.
