  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter Olive oil can be used for a dairy-free option.
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Substitute with Grana Padano if needed.
  • 1/2 cup Pecorino Cheese Can use more Parmesan if Pecorino is unavailable.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely grated for even distribution.
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves Can replace with oregano or basil.
Topping
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto Replace with cooked bacon for a twist.
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese Ensure it's at room temperature.
  • 2 large Ripe Peaches Substitute with nectarines or pears.
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey Regular honey works for less heat.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Swap with arugula or microgreens if desired.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, Pecorino, garlic, thyme, melted butter, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Slice the bread into ½-inch rounds and arrange on the cheese mixture. Brush tops with melted butter and layer on prosciutto.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter. Top with burrata and slices of peaches.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over each crostini just before serving.
