Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan, Pecorino, garlic, thyme, melted butter, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Slice the bread into ½-inch rounds and arrange on the cheese mixture. Brush tops with melted butter and layer on prosciutto.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving platter. Top with burrata and slices of peaches.
- Drizzle hot honey over each crostini just before serving.
