Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers any color
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or cooked sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing the baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, diced ham, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm.
