Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Lightly dust your work surface with all-purpose flour and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch rope, making the ends slightly thicker. Snip the ends about 1 inch deep and pull the snipped parts apart.
  4. Place the shaped breadsticks on the lined baking sheets with enough space between them.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each breadstick.
