Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Lightly dust your work surface with all-purpose flour and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch rope, making the ends slightly thicker. Snip the ends about 1 inch deep and pull the snipped parts apart.
- Place the shaped breadsticks on the lined baking sheets with enough space between them.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each breadstick.
- Bake for 15 minutes until they puff up and are golden. The aroma will fill your kitchen.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake for another 5-7 minutes until melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with marinara sauce.

Notes
For best results, serve warm right out of the oven. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or dips!
