Step-by-Step Instructions for Hot Pimento Cheese Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground mustard, and salt & pepper in a stand mixer until mostly smooth.
  3. Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, drained sliced pimentos, and chopped green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and edges are golden.
