Step-by-Step Instructions for Oven-Baked Nachos
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 10-inch springform pan with a parchment collar.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Chill in the fridge.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain fat and add taco seasoning.
- Layer tortilla chips, ground beef, veggies, and alternating layers of cheddar and Monterey Jack in the springform pan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Drizzle lime sour cream over the nachos and garnish with avocado slices and cilantro.
- Serve hot with guacamole, salsa, or pico de gallo.
