  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 10-inch springform pan with a parchment collar.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Chill in the fridge.
  3. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain fat and add taco seasoning.
  4. Layer tortilla chips, ground beef, veggies, and alternating layers of cheddar and Monterey Jack in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan.
  7. Drizzle lime sour cream over the nachos and garnish with avocado slices and cilantro.
  8. Serve hot with guacamole, salsa, or pico de gallo.
