Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, knead the dough gently for about 1 minute until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
  6. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  8. Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
