  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the ingredients by washing, peeling (if desired), and cubing the potatoes. Slice the smoked sausage into rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss until well coated.
  3. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and fold the ingredients together until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast at 450°F for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it rest, and serve warm, optionally with a side salad.
