Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add it to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips carefully.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and centers soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
