  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until fully blended.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold the chicken and Alfredo mixture into the batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
