Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
