Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in fine sea salt and half of the chimichurri sauce for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C), for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Alternatively, sauté the chicken thighs in olive oil on medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side until golden.
  6. Serve the chicken on a platter and spoon over the remaining chimichurri sauce.
