Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter until creamy. Gradually add brown sugar and granulated sugar, and cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, and fold in the chopped salted peanuts.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough, roll in granulated sugar, and place on prepared sheets, pressing down with a fork.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes until edges are crispy and centers are slightly soft.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
