Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a 10 x 15 baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Place 40 Saltine crackers on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. In a saucepan, combine salted butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until boiling, then stir for 5 more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and pour the toffee over the crackers.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until bubbling and slightly caramelized.
  8. Remove from oven and let sit for a minute or two to settle.
  9. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the warm toffee, allowing them to melt.
  10. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee layer.
  11. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the chocolate layer immediately.
  12. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
