Preparation Steps
- Wash the cantaloupe, cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, and slice the flesh into chunks.
- Juice the limes using a citrus juicer and measure the juice.
- In a blender, combine the cantaloupe chunks, lime juice, and water. Add sugar or agave nectar if desired.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness and consistency if necessary by adding more water or sugar and blend again.
- Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices and fresh mint.
