  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Lime Juice fresh juice preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
Beans and Veggies
  • 15 ounces Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Black Olives
  • 2 Green Onions chopped, use both parts
  • 2 Hard Cooked Eggs chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Mix softened cream cheese with cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice and olive oil, then stir in minced garlic until the mixture is consistent.
  3. Fold in black beans and chopped olives gently, reserving a few beans for garnish.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  5. Spread mixed dip in a serving dish, garnish with reserved beans, hard-boiled eggs, and green onions.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
