Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour approximately 4 cups of fresh apple cider and place it over medium heat. Stir occasionally and heat for about 5 minutes until the cider is steaming but not boiling.
  2. While the cider warms, take out 2 generous scoops of high-quality vanilla ice cream and place them into chilled glasses.
  3. Once the apple cider is warm, carefully pour it over the ice cream, filling the glasses about three-quarters full.
  4. Add a cinnamon stick to each glass and dollop a generous amount of whipped cream on top.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Optionally, sprinkle some chopped nuts or add fresh apple slices on top.
  6. Serve your Apple Cider Float immediately to enjoy the contrasting temperatures and flavors.
