- In a medium saucepan, pour approximately 4 cups of fresh apple cider and place it over medium heat. Stir occasionally and heat for about 5 minutes until the cider is steaming but not boiling.
- While the cider warms, take out 2 generous scoops of high-quality vanilla ice cream and place them into chilled glasses.
- Once the apple cider is warm, carefully pour it over the ice cream, filling the glasses about three-quarters full.
- Add a cinnamon stick to each glass and dollop a generous amount of whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Optionally, sprinkle some chopped nuts or add fresh apple slices on top.
- Serve your Apple Cider Float immediately to enjoy the contrasting temperatures and flavors.
