Frying and Preparing
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep-fryer or large skillet to 350°F (180ºC). Carefully fry the wonton halves in small batches for about 30 seconds, or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the cooked crab or imitation crab.
- Preheat your oven's broiler while arranging the fried wontons on a baking sheet in a single layer. Spoon the crab mixture over each wonton and broil for 1-2 minutes until warmed and slightly melted.
- Top your nachos with diced avocado and sliced Persian cucumber, scatter green onions on top, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and finish with toasted sesame seeds.

Notes
Assemble the nachos just before serving to keep the wontons crispy. Fried wontons can be stored for up to a week, and the crab filling lasts 3-5 days in the fridge.
