  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce high-quality for maximum flavor
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast roughly shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese freshly shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sharp
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh green onions chopped
For Serving
  • 1 bag yellow corn tortilla chips
  • 1 bunch crisp green celery sticks

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cooked chicken, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture into your prepared cast-iron skillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top of the dip.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  7. Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
