Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cooked chicken, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared cast-iron skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
