  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (Rotisserie) Shredded
For the Cheesy Filling
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Whole milk recommended
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Divided use
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Half mixed into filling
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Adjust for perfect flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  3. Mix Parmesan, ricotta, mozzarella, chicken, Italian seasoning, and half the Alfredo sauce in a bowl.
  4. Spread the filling on each noodle, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
