- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot, add angel hair spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions, typically 4-5 minutes.
- Sauté diced onion and bell pepper in oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- In the prepared casserole dish, combine drained spaghetti, diced cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, seasoned salt, cream of chicken soup, and 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.
- Gradually stir in reserved pasta broth until creamy consistency is achieved.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
