Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by cutting the ripe avocados in half lengthwise and carefully removing the pits. Use a spoon to scoop the creamy flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Mash until chunky.
- Squeeze the juice of a fresh lime over the avocado mash immediately after mashing. Gently fold the lime juice into the avocado.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C). Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes until charred.
- Once cooled, slice the kernels off the grilled corn cobs and add to the bowl with the mashed avocado. Stir in the diced onion and cilantro.
- Sprinkle in sea salt, black pepper, and cumin, stirring gently to combine. Avoid over-mixing.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes
For optimal freshness, prepare the guacamole just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed against the surface.
