- Slice chicken breasts into fillets. Finely chop the onion, and prepare the remaining ingredients.
- Heat a medium non-stick frying pan and add cooking oil. Once shimmering, add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

- Remove chicken, pour in chicken broth, and allow to reduce by half for about 10 minutes.
