  • 1 medium Onion Chopped.
For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Cream Heavy or light, or dairy-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Enhances flavor.
  • 1 bunch Fresh Dill Chopped, if fresh isn't available use dried.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice chicken breasts into fillets. Finely chop the onion, and prepare the remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan and add cooking oil. Once shimmering, add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken, pour in chicken broth, and allow to reduce by half for about 10 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add cream and heat through for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in butter and fresh dill; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or a salad.
