- In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, combine 2 tablespoons of salted butter and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir occasionally as the butter melts for 1-2 minutes until smooth and golden.
- Add 16 oz of frozen corn into the skillet with the melted butter and honey. Sauté the corn for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Incorporate 2 ounces of room temperature cream cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and black pepper. Stir for 3-5 minutes until the cream cheese melts completely.
