- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1 chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in 1 pound of sliced fresh mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of dried dill weed, 2 tablespoons of Hungarian paprika, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Pour in 4 cups of broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together 1 cup of milk with ¼ cup of flour and stir into the pot. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Add black pepper and lemon juice, then stir in ½ cup of sour cream. Heat for 5 minutes on low.
- Serve in bowls topped with a dollop of sour cream and fresh parsley.
