Preparation Steps
  1. Chop the stems off the pepperoncinis and finely chop them using a food processor or by hand.

  3. Gradually add the chopped pepperoncinis to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust heat by cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes if desired.
  5. Check the consistency; add more reserved liquid if too thick and stir well.
