  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Raspberry Preserves Use up to 1 cup
For the Crunchy Topping
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers Crushed, about 32 crackers
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in jalapeños, green chiles, and Parmesan.
  3. Transfer the creamy mixture to the prepared baking dish, leveling it out with a spatula.
  4. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the top of the dip mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle the cracker mixture on top of the raspberry preserves and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with tortilla chips, water crackers, or pita chips.
