Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine one can of cream of chicken soup with a generous dollop of sour cream. Stir until creamy and well blended.
  2. In another bowl, melt a few tablespoons of butter and mix in crushed Ritz crackers until evenly coated.
  3. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place chicken breasts at the bottom, spoon creamy mixture over chicken, and sprinkle cracker mixture evenly on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately, garnishing with parsley. Pairs well with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
