Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine ricotta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm honey over low heat. Stir in hot sauce/chili oil and chili flakes, heating for a minute.
  3. Transfer whipped ricotta to a shallow dish, spreading evenly and creating swirls.
  4. Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the ricotta, sprinkle with pepper, lemon zest, and fresh herbs. Serve immediately with crostini, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
