Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the springform pan.
  2. Combine ground pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter; press into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in lemon juice and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour filling into crust and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; spread on cheesecake and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare glaze by cooking cornstarch and water, then adding strawberry jelly until thick.
